2. This offer is available only on qualifying 12.01% APR PCP finance plans from Volvo Car Financial Services UK Ltd, SL6 4FL (“VCFS”) for the purchase of a new LEVC TX from participating dealerships. Please contact LEVC or your local dealership if you are unsure whether they are a participating dealer.
3. A minimum deposit amount of £1,000.00 is required to qualify for the offer.
4. Any offer of credit is subject to status. A guarantee may be required.
5. For qualifying customers making use of the offer, LEVC will reimburse the first 5 monthly payments made by the customer under their PCP finance agreement with VCFS for the purchase of a new LEVC TX.
6. Monthly payments will be reimbursed by LEVC up to a maximum total of £1,003.89 per month and a maximum total for the duration of the offer of £5,019.45.
7. Customers will commence their regular monthly finance payments from October 2023. Their monthly payments, up to a maximum of £1,003.89 per month, will be reimbursed directly into the same bank account used for making monthly payments to VCFS.
8. Monies will be reimbursed by bank transfer within 14 days of the customer’s monthly payment date. No reimbursement amount will be paid if the customer has not paid their monthly finance payment for the relevant month.
9. If a qualifying finance contract supported under this offer comes to an end earlier than the contractual end date, including where it is terminated early by the customer, LEVC reserves the right to require the customer to repay any amounts paid to the customer under this offer.
10. This offer is valid from 1^st September to 22^nd September (and will automatically end on 22^nd September), and only applies to vehicles where customer delivery or collection takes place on or before September 30^th
11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including any offer or finance plan providing alternate finance terms. Offer limited to one vehicle per customer.
12. Offer limited to UK purchasers aged 18+, and to the purchase of vehicles for use in the UK only.
13. Nothing in the offer or these terms and conditions affects or supersedes the terms of a PCP contract entered into by the customer with VCFS nor affects or supersedes any other agreement entered into between the customer and LEVC.
14. This offer can be amended or withdrawn by LEVC at any time and without notice
15. These terms and conditions and this offer are governed by English law and any dispute in relation to them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. London EV Company Limited trading as LEVC is acting as a credit broker, not a lender. We will introduce you to Volvo Car Financial Services UK Ltd, SL6 4FL, who pay us a commission for introducing you to them. This can be calculated in a number of ways including by model, age, whether the vehicle is new or used and the amount you borrow. The amount we are paid will not affect the amount you pay under the finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender.
